SHIPPING & DELIVERY​

Most Ready to wear orders are dispatched within 2 working days.  All other items are made to order and take up to 3 weeks to arrive.

We make every effort to deliver your goods in the shortest time possible. If the item which you order is out of stock or is going to be delayed in any way, we will contact you via email and offer you the option to cancel should you not wish to wait.  Our website is closely monitored and updated on a daily basis so hopefully this minimizes any disappointments.
 

Postage & packaging costs are £4.50 for orders within the UK and a tracking number is issued for your insurance.  Please note that a signature will be required when delivered.  Should you require guaranteed next day delivery for one of our ready to wear items, the cost will be £7.50.  International postage is available and the price will show once you have entered your address.

GUARANTEE & RETURNS

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt either by phone or email. Items should be returned in their original condition within 7 days. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage so we recommend that you obtain proof of postage or for high value items, we would also advise that you use registered post. We will process your refund as soon as we receive your parcel. We will not grant a refund or exchange on any product that fails to reach us.

All prices are correct at the time of going to press, inclusive of VAT at the current rate. We do, however, reserve the right to change the price and specification of products without prior notice.

Once you have finished shopping and are sure you have the correct quantities, simply click the ‘checkout’ button where you will be asked for a few details in order to complete your order.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Solo and Maestro Cards. All your card information is encrypted using the latest secure technology and passed directly to Stripe  through their secure server for authorisation.

We can only process your order once authorisation has been obtained.
